All appointments require a $30 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your total service. Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule using the same deposit. Any additional changes will require a new deposit. A 9-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you are 10 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will be charged. A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. If a payment cannot be processed due to invalid or declined card information, you may be restricted from future bookings. For all questions or concerns, please contact me via Instagram or text message. Please do not call or email, as emails are not checked daily and responses may be delayed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. For next-day cancellations or rescheduling, please reach out via Instagram or text. Late Cancellations/Rescheduling (less than 48 hours notice): Nails by Alexia reserves the right to charge 60% of the scheduled service to the card on file. No-Shows: Nails by Alexia reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Cancellation Policy
In the case that you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment.

For last minute cancellation’s/ rescheduling, Nails by Alexia reserves the right to charge 60% of your service to the card on file.
In the case that you NO-SHOW, Nails by Alexia reserves the right to charge 100% of your service to the card on file.
You can reschedule appointments once, with the same deposit. 💗
